Adult Indoor Rowing

Whether you already row or are considering rowing to keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, compete on the water or rehabilitate from injury or surgery, rowing is the complete exercise for you. Masters Competitive Winter Training

For members of our masters Competitive Program who wish to increase their strength and fitness throughout the winter season. Participants will complete most of their training on the ergometer and will compete in C.R.A.S.H. B - The world indoor rowing championships!
